Anyone owns a Parachanna Obscura (SH)

I have 4 of these fishes, and i was wondering if anyone else have some.

If so, what do you feed them and how are your tank?

I give them cow heart .
My tank is a 85 gallon, and they get along very well.

i have one parachana insignis that is very similar , 25cm

eat feder fish, heartwormes ,prawns ,beafheart and mussels.

I feed him all sorts of stuff, Pellets, frozen Fish, shrimp, mussels. bit of roast chicken. Not fussy at all.

Only ever aggresive when as a reaction to aggression never causes it.

Do you keep your obscura together with other fish, if so, which ones`?

Was with my Channa Aurantimaculata until he became a problem the Aurantimaculata that is, now its with my Jaguar. I have had him with many different fish. I only had an issue when the fish were small enough to fit in his mouth.

My channas arnt aggressive towards each other, and i dont think they would attack fishes that are equally sized.

They are calm and look peacefull, but once they see food, they go nuts.

They do seem to attack food more aggresively than any of my other snakeheads. I would call it explosive.
