went to a mormon church for most of my childhood. thankfully I don't think its had any long-term affect on me, although I still have to do a lot of faking at family reunions (who knows whose will I might get taken out of, otherwise)

oh wait, a little mix up... but I swear I heard that on this documentary of the mormons and their beliefs. Isn't it something like how they think Black people are below Whites even in heaven? and a group of Jewish followers of Jesus sailed to America and taught the Native Americans the "real" bible? is it just a certain sect of the mormons that believe in this?

Enlighten me here... I'm quite interested in knowing how that makes sense.

hahahaha. just watch BIG LOVE it'll answer all your questions. it goes something like this. during the three days of resurrection, jesus came to the americas to spread the word. LDS is just another denomination of CHRISTIANITY. I can make a few calls for you, and have some missionaries come to your house for a conversation.hehe. when they come to my house, i open the door buck naked with a beer. that usually gives me a few months of quiet time.

oh yeah, one of the early leaders remarked that "black" people were descendants of CAIN. i think that was just his opinion, and most people now don't agree with that at all and never did.



oh yeah, there aren't seperate sects of the mormon church. there's the reorganized church(wannabees) and polygamist. they are kicked to the curb and police asap.
