Anyone receive defective parts from perfecto?

Ordered a 48" light strip for my 75 gallon midas tank. Light came in and I could hear parts moving, not a good sign. Ballast wasn't mounted, loose screws everywhere, loose wires. After messing with it for an hour I couldn't get it to fire. I ordered it from BigAls.com. Do I go through BigAls or perfecto? To top it off I am getting my Midas shipped to the airport tomorrow.

Apparently Bigals believes I am the first customer to call and say their perfecto light was not put together right. After a couple minutes I find out it will take 14 days to get my light back. WTF. I am gonna try and just order some T5 HO's and get my 50 bucks credit to bigals.
