Anyone see problems with any of these guys getting along?

Vieja heterospilus

Satanoperca leucosticta

Geophagus sp. ‘Red head Tapajos’

possibly a sevrum or two..

Any of these guys not going to get along? I know geo's like to be in groups but what about Satanoperca??

Thanks

Are the PBass going in with them too?

Don't really know, just kinda thought I liked these all together. Would they work as sdults in a 400-500g pbass tank?

I think that the PBass might eventually end up eating some of them, unless they are fed very well. All depends on the size and temperment of the fish though. I say give it a try if you want!

Well my pbass are picky eaters, only eat pellets. Won't eat krill so I was thinking it might work. I like these fish all together and it would be great if a. they could all get along with each other for now and b. as adults they could live in harmony with my pbass.. But alas Orinos are known to have attitude problems.. lol

I think that if they grow up together and are fed well that you wont have any problems. However, the orinos could get nasty and they do grow a lot faster and larger than others in that mix. Worth a try! If they start fighting, break em up.

Yeah I was thinking that. I want other kinds of fish with my bass and I love cichlids that's my problem..

Anyone know the growth rate of Satanoperca or Vieja?? I know geo's grow slow, severums I think are moderate growth rate.

most viejas aren't the fastest of growers. if you buy one at 2" and get it up to 6-8" in a year then you're doing pretty good.

That doesn't mean they wont eat live fish :)

My personal opinion given enough space with the list .. You should be fine.. Vieja again in my opinion are nice and meaner .... But still givenenough space.. I would think it could work..
