I am a keen fisherman and I do a bit of rough shooting, so I have no problem with hunting a shame it had to be killed. A very impressive fish would have loved to have caught it on road and line. Thanks for sharing.

i read a magazine article about a guy reeling in one of those with a fishing rod....if i remember correctly took him an hour and 45 minutes to reel that monster in.....scientists studied the gator gar and estimated that he was 125 years old!! lol

i would push both of those guys into th lake and cut the line hopefully then the video would get better....first video of gator gar attacking man......that would be sweet

That sux for that gar, there like dinosaurs. i saw a pic of a guy who did the same thing to an albino gator gar. If I was there I'd push those guys in like you said rottbo!
