Anyone tried New Life Spectrum for bichirs?

Anyone tried New Life Spectrum for bichirs?
Was it their sinking wafers or was it a round pellet?

I want to order a better pellet. I'm feeding nutrafin max sinking shrimp pellets atm, but my smaller bichirs have trouble getting it down and my biggest one just inhales them. Suggestions?

Mine eat 3mm cichlasomma formula all the time. I love the stuff personally. The only bichirs that won't eat it are the Endli's

Yes, thats a very good choice for a sinking pellet.

I use them but, my bichirs seem to like the hikari sinking carnivores better.

thats the best stuff on the market for bichirs under 10" IMO

Cool I will have to try it. I feed it to my Cichlids but never tried it on the Bichirs. Have always just used Hikari.

I just ordered 3mm large fish formula and 3mm large fish thera A formula for my bichirs an hour ago. Im a big fan of NLS. I vary there diet though. Massivore , krill , silversides , Tilapia filet , and NLS occasionally worms

I use NLS Large Fish Formula with my bichirs as well, especially when they're very small (less than 3 inches or so) and seem to struggle a bit with the larger Hikari Carnivore pellets. I prefer the Hikari as a staple if for no other reason than they don't seem to get as easily lost in the gravel, but certainly no complaints with the NLS.
