Anyone try this to breed bichirs?

I found a video on youtube showing ornates looking like they're mating. In the comments section, the guy who took the video says that he got them to breed by playing a video of thunderstorms and lightning to make them think it's rainy season.

I think that's kinda cool and I want to try that. Do you think it'll work? What else would you try to get your bichirs to think it's mating season? I have a m+f endli and m+f lapradei so it sounds like worth a try at least.

Not sure about the comment about the video.
It's the air pressure from the storms that induce breeding.

They're eyesight is horrible. No way playing them a video would do anything, they can't even see it.
