anyone use a Hygger heater

I have never heard of them, but it appears to have decent reviews. I've also heard that Finnex titanium heaters are good.
Just keep in mind, I don't think the Finnex titanium heaters are sold with temperature controllers, you have to buy the Finnex digital controller separately, but I think the Finnex digital controller has a memory setting.
