does anyone here use chingmix for there cichlids? Www.chingmixusa.com. This food seems to be extreamly popular in the flowerhorn community for intense colors and its ability to make the kok on the fishes head huge. Has anyone ever tried this food with cichlids other than flowerhorn? Maybe with a red devil or a dovii to give them bigger kok?

I just picked up a bag of Bio Hikari Gold. It's some new Hikari staple. It say's it has all the vitamins that my cichlid will need. Has anyone ever heard or used this?
i've used chingmix before. not a bad food. comes in very tiny pellets tho. i mainly fed it to smaller fish, cause my big guys won't touch it.
