Anyone using The European Shrimp Mix??

If so what are ure experiences with it? how often are u feeding and do u notice faster growth,better color ect? Been thinking i need a better food since i finally got a decent sized colony of moba . If not any other recipes u can recommend? that promote coloration?

Its cheap and really good for them.I do variations on it adding spirulena,cyclopeeze,zuchinni,carrots.I do a few batches during the summer when fresh veggies are cheap,then with frozen peas in the winter.
I usually use it once a week for all my fish.
Really messy though so I usually feed it the day before waterchanges.

very interesting , i am planning on using zuchinni as well but for some odd reason cant find any locally.
