With the proper aquarium setup, proper maintenance, and balanced nutrition, there's no reason you couldn't grow one out to the same colors as the one being offered at an inflated price. Anyway, these wild caught specimens in breeding dress colors seldom hold those bold colors if they're the only individual of that species in the tank.
