If you want anything shipped to Hawaii you'll need to go to Dept. of Agriculture and apply for an import permit. Then you'll need to wait till Lei's are in season again or just check with Rich at Infinite Aquatics to see when he'll get more. He'll ship Lei's to you as long as you have an import permit and send him a copy.
