anyone with advice on prizm skimmer functionality?

my skimmer was fine before i upgraded from a 20 high to a 55 gallon long.now i cant find a medium,if i adjust more flow, it overflows, if i decrease flow it does nothing. its been a week and im tired of this situation.any type of good advice is very welcome.oh yeah, my skimmer is a 100 gallon skimmer.

It happens. Have you tried switching the tubing size? It will help limit the flow by creating pressure.

Skimmers are "Notorious" for taking there time to settle down after a change in there Bio-Load. If the truth be known, we have all been driven to distraction by there "Unpredictability".

You need a much better skimmer for a tank that size. I got a Prizm for free & used it on my 15g nano, until I came across a used Backpac.
