Anyone With an Aba Aba?

I'm trying to decide what Knife I'm going to get for my pool, and I saw an Aba Aba once- it was beautiful! And they looked even more gorgeous on the little tag, like a sunset- all pink and blue and purpley.

Is this usual coloration?
Any pictures of yours? I'd love to see!

They're just sorta grey as adults...

i kno there a couple people wiht aba abas on here im thjng of gettign one too. just got to be willign to end up with jsut oen fihs i guess thouhg since they cna be so aggressive. how big is ur pond? there a fellow who has a 3' one in a 3000g with a alligator gar and somewthing wls i think.

Yeah that doesn't sound like typical coloration... if you do decide on one be prepared NOT to keep anything else with it. They have a nasty habit of biting other fish in half. Heres mine, he's about 18" now.

awesome aba aba he pretty active? did ug et him as a baby or larger? he seem to be growing quickly?
