I need the info off the drip regulator. I have a Carbon Drip 40, my regulator says USA > 100 40gpd. What does yours have? USA > ?
Anyone with Filterguys carbon drip 60?

I'm just wondering if I can grab a different regulator off of amazon. The printed # on the side is way different and doesn't jive up with the 100 / 40 gpd ratio. The 50 gpd says 420 on the side.
Yep. Here's a photo of mine. Why don't you just get a replacement from filter guys? they're cool, they've already figured all this stuff out, and I don't think in the grand scheme of things you're saving much money getting one off amazon.
Because they are going to sock me for $14 in shipping on top of the regulator price. It's like the size of a chapstik tube, ridiculous. I'm in NY, so it shouldn't be that much.
so, when it's all said and done....if you don't mind. can you post the total price (regulator plus shipping) from Amazon, versus the same thing from filter guys? I'm curious.
I was in the same boat as u i was gonna get the upgrade restrictor from them but due to shipping i got it off amazon.....im a prime member so shipping is free for me but most restrictors are around $5- $10
Just a heads up, an 8-20 gpd restrictor is what you need for 60 gpd flow. Its based off of R.O. output, but for a drip it would equal R.O. output + waste.
I have the 40 gpd running on my tank but thought it was a bit much so put in a drip emitter used for sprinkler systems to knock it down to 1 gph ( 24 gpd). Below is a link to what I used.
The emitter is used along with the flow restrictor not in place of. Just on the very end of the tube dripping into the tank.
