Anyone with Metal stand Experience

I am wondering if anyone on MFK builds metal stands? I have 240 acrylic.

Depending on what part of so cal you are in JohnPTC builds and designs metal stands. I am in the process of building mine and can give you some pointers if you are closer to me.

If you can weld, read a tape measure, and use a square
then you can build your own. But if these things are something you can not do then I would suggest using wood, or paying someone to do it.
