Gonna go from a seasoned 100 to a new 125 soon. I have 2 Emerror 400s on the 100 which I plan to use. I plan to use the gravel but add more new gravel. I also plan on using 90% of the water from the 100. I dont plan on using the rocks I have now. My biggest concerns are. I found some much nicer rock, one rock is almost 60 pounds and a nice looking stick or root (cant tell which) I pressure washed the new decore with my pressure washer. My 2 concerns are, will the stick/root mess up the water somehow? and also will the almost 60 pound rock be ok or is it too heavy?
Will I likely go into a heavy cycle again or just something minor

60lb of rock ,theoreticaly, weighs a lot less once its in the water but if your still not happy you could add some egg crate to the bottom of the tank, then add the rock then add the gravel, this will help spread the weight of th rock and not cause pressure points on the glass.

already plan on egg crate and a piece of plexiglass under the big rock.
what about the other issues?

if the big rock also become an issue make it hollow.. buy a big ass drill big and make some holes
