About a month or so ago, I noticed a whitish growth or spot between the eyes of my red severum that had not been there before. I chalked it up to a scrape/injury from going at it with my turquoise severum, as I noticed they had been fighting more frequently than before. I figured it would heal up on its own. A month later, while it does look better, it is still not back to normal. I just want to make sure it is not something more serious and if it is, I want to be able to treat it properly. All of the other fish in the tank are healthy and water parameters are perfect. Here are some pictures I took (the best I could do since he is camera shy) to hopefully help diagnose the problem.

almost to me looks like heater burn...possibily...if it was whitish before, and it looks like this after a month, it def. looks like its healing! I dont think it looks like anything to worry about, but wait for others to chime in

Well, I added salt to the tank about 2 weeks ago and still no change. Does anyone else have any idea what this could be??? I don't want to medicate something if I don't have to or medicate the tank for the wrong problem. Does this problem look familiar to anyone at all???
