i want to get a couple of bichers but i know apsolutly nothing about them i was hoping you could help. things like water perams, temp, how many and what kind can i keep in a 55 gallon tank, and tank mates, diet, max sizes, and anything else you could think of would greatly be appreciated.
 
 
Stick to senegals, delhezis, or smaller palmas types with a 55. I'd say three unless it's only bichers in the tank, then maybe four or five, depending on species. Read Beblondie's Poly primer in the sticky section, it's loaded for bear with good info.
