API Ammonia and Nitrate bottles #2 are NOT spares.

It took me two months after testing my water twice a week on two different tanks to realize that the bottle #2 for ammonia and nitrates were NOT spares. My glofish tank that I thought was perfect was at about 40-60ppm nitrates.

At least nothing died.

If you read the Directions....... you would have known. You do know some of those tests require like 5 minutes to wait for the results as well.
