Does stress zyme contain beneficial bacteria and does it work?

It does have bacteria. Haven’t used it. I use ridx.

I have like multiple BB solutions:

API stress zyme
fluval bio-enhancer
Nutrafin cycle
Seachem stability
tetra safestart
started with stresszyme. Worked perfectly cycled real quick and was stable with the colony. was not happy with the bio-enhancer by fluval. Did not work. had large particles and was all land bacteria. yet again, every company has its upsides and downsides. I personally turn to API and seachem for water care and medication products and always API for water testing. I love fluval for all their filters (power, underwater, canister, air pump, powerhead, wavemaker and all filter media) their filters are the best. and marineland is 2nd for filter cuz of the bio-wheel. I go for Omega-1 for frozen food and Hikari for all other types of foods (pellets, sticks, freeze dried and their vibra bites are the best) but supervit definenitely have the best flakes python has the best water changes and gravel vacuums
