I'm looking to get rid of a few juvenile Apisto Cac's (triple-red) from a spawn on 12/23/13. There is one large male of the group I'm 100% certain on sex, and 4 others (I think 2 male and 2 female). The single largest male is nearly twice the size of the other juvies at 1 1/2", but was born the same time. I'm asking $20 for him and $12 each for the others. The parent fish are from Atlantis Hatchery out of Gardiner, NY. The males should top out at around 2 3/4" and the females at 2". Great cichlids and mini-monsters to watch. Pickup is in Midland Park 07432 or willing to meet within a few miles.

If these weren't the offspring of my male, I'd gladly buy the whole lot. My guy is still rockin!
 
Good to hear, Shook, I'm glad he's doing well. I miss him but I am glad he's in good hands and in a good community. And you're right, these juvies are his kids lol. I'm trying to get rid of a few to avoid having to set up more tanks. It's at the point where the largest male well outsizes any of the other spawn and he can do some damage if he chose to. Thanks for the update on the male, too!!
 
Interested in the big male and 2 females. Where are you located or what is an easy spot to meet up for you.

From you it would be up 287 to 208, but if you'd want to meet up Sunday afternoon, I can likely meet you in Montville. That's about equidistant for both of us and easy enough to get to up 287. But tomorrow (Saturday) I won't be around until late evening. Message me back if you're still interested and you can come up here or we'll meet in Montville Sunday, or you can come here another day.
