I see most Apistogramma spawned in flower pots. put a flowerpot in a tank with them, give them proper parameters and good water quality and if you have a male and female they should spawn.
Since I don't keep Apistogrammas I can't really give you any personal advice though unfortunately

Breeding of this specie and a normal development of the fry require water values which resembles those found in natural habitats,( soft and slightly acid water) although eggs may also be laid in moderately hard water with a total hardness of 12 dH, and a pH at 7,5. The female lay her eggs in caves and cares for the fry, while the male defends the territory.
