Mandarin, Fl
I come out this morning and go to feed my main tank. I go to have a have a seat on my ottoman in front of the tank (i use it to block my son from getting to it). On the ottoman in my Mandarin. Dead and dry. Apparently during the night he jumped out of the tank and landed on the ottoman. He must have been out for a while because he was dried out and stuck to the ottoman. It's a very sad day at my house. I put alot of work into that little guy, but at least I didn't kill him :(

Wow! That really sucks. Ya never know, fish are individuals and who knows why he made the jump.

thanks guys. I prob won't get another one. I wanted one and took the time to teach it to eat mysis and NLS. He was plump and was active around the tank. I just don't think I want to screw around with it again...

That is really strange...I havent really heard of these guys being jumpers...what else is in the tank again?

2 clowns, diamond spotted Goby, blue green chromis, coral banded, sea star... nothing that agressive and i've never seen anything attack him
