:( RIP

Hmmm... strange I have the news on right now and they are not saying anything:irked:

Only 56 but this guy has done so much

No offense to MJ's fans but he was all over the news for months. Steve Jobs has done more for this world then MJ ever did.

RIP

News usually gets on the computer faster than television

Sounds like he was a lot worse off than was let on when he announced his retirement a few weeks ago. He was an example that the heads of all major corporations should strive to be like, a true genius and visionary...he will be missed.

It's strange that I never paid much attention to Steve Jobs. I never had a Mac, ipod, ipad or iphone... However I'm not history free of him . I actually have to go back to nearly the beginning. Back to 1979-80 my 7th grade math class, my teacher had an Apple II computer in the classroom. I can picture that room and the computer like it was a few months ago even though it was 32 years ago.

Steve Jobs was a great inventor and visionary. He was the single biggest entity in the computer world. If you looked on one side you saw Dell, Hp, IBM, Toshiba, Microsoft, etc ... then you look on the other side you saw Macintosh. When you heard of Macintosh you couldn't help but to think of Steve Jobs as he was Macintosh. Outside of Bill gates and Michael Dell I can't think of any others that stick out.

I like a comment that was said.... most found out about his death on a device he helped to create.

He will missed in the Tech world
