will it work?

right now my bichirs are between 2.5 and 4ish inches long... will the snails pick on the bichirs? or will it be the other way around?

haha alright :D ill be putting them in with the bichirs after qt :D just wanted to make sure they wouldn't harm the bichirs..

I'd worry more if the bichirs actually are the ones harming the apple snails. If what you are keeping are Pomacea diffusa, these are NOT carnivorous nor aggressive. Pomacea canaliculata, a species of apple snail banned from interstate shipping except within the state lines, are another thing. They tend to be a little aggressive towards foods. It's very rare though for these snails to prey on fish except if they already develop a taste for it. Don't feed these snails with fish.
