uh anyways i have had apple snails and the only thing i dont like about them is that they would get jammed in between rocks and couldnt free themselves so i would have to free them but they did fine in my warm water tanks that are about 80 degrees
so they can be tranfered into warm water...even if they have been with goldfish. Because I am planning on changing my goldfish tank to a tropical tank.
I've got a bunch of "brigs" (pomacea bridgesii) apple/mystery snails. I keep them at around 80*F but the range varies according to this website: http://www.applesnail.net/content/care.php
Keep the temperature constant.. They'll do well in warmer water though 75-80*F.
