I have a huge problem.. I have aptasisa's in the fish only tank. The problem is I have shot most of them with Joes juice and some with kalkwasser..They die but that the tank is to big for me to reach the bottom and back? I cannot get to every aptasia? Has any one every come across this issue and how did you finally get rid of them? I have a puffer in there so I cannot put a peppermint shrimp in there. (well, not long enough anyway) any ideas?

Try the Kent Marine "Sea Squirt" with some joe's juice, they're great for those hard-to-reach areas. Good luck!

Yeah that Sea Squirt thing is pretty sweet. I use it to target feed my anemone/corals.

Copper banded butterflies are known to eat aptasias. Also, peppermint shrimp eat them up like candy. But if you have incompatible fish, then you might be sol. One option, though not a great one is copper.

If it's a fish only setup I'd just run some copper in the system. Just keep in mind that once you start running copper you'll never be able to put any inverts in it.
