Hi,
Hope someone can give me some of their experiences on this.
I have a Apurensis/Nigracauda(?) dwarf jelly cat, and i was wondering if anyone had kept them in pairs at all? mine is a monster, already grabbing the tail of a much larger poly delhezi.
Would be interested in people stories of these guys.

Thanks

Cephalosilurus apurensis
I have one thats about 15" & a real thug. He thinks that he owns the tank & has eaten a few expensive meals including a NGT:(
Still my fave cat though, as he acts like a puppy always beggin for more food.
I'd move your delhezi if you wanna keep it.
I reckon you could keep a pair of them though, mines in with a few rays, dats a arow & other cats. Doesn't bother the rays but gets pissed if any other fish get in his way & snaps at them to move off.
What size is yours?

wow, just beautiful, in that monster kind of way! I'll have to look into one now! Thanks for sharing

Mine is about 9inches, very wide and growing, he certainly doesn't like his tankmates much, but he hasn't caused any damage yet!
I want to id him/her correctly and sex him/her, is there ray counts or other differences that you know of between fowleri, Apurensis and Nigracauda(?)
BTW why don't you have your other fish on your website?

Thanks

Rich
