i have a 20 gallon freshwater tank with 2 groumires 1 bala 3 tiger barbs and 1 beta 1 redtail shark its about 5 inch 1 clown loach thats like 7 inch thats the monster one . well any way my filter is a hot aqua clear 150 rated for a 20 gallon tank and every week after it was cleand it gets so dirty and the media turns brown and the intake gets clogged with crap and food what should i do please just leave a answer i have to go to breakfest by

You've seriously overcrowded your 20 gallon tank, you need a lot more filtration and a lot less fish, or a much larger tank. With all those fish you should have a minimum of a 55 gallons...
I concur with the above....Plus if you have so much particulate matter your probably over feeding as well.
