i have one its rated for like 1 - 15 gallons and i put it on my 60 gallon and its sucking water but not all the way up the intake tube just above where the tank water lines up at kinda up and down right there anyone have similar problems? or know how to fix this one?

thats what the first problem was 
but the only peice that would not fit is the intake tube wouldnt go over like a eight' of an inch more so i cut the trim just enough so t can slid right over...then it wasnt sucking water all the way up for about 20 minutes then i started messing with it agian and someway or another i dont know it started sucking it up and now i got that running along with my whisper filter rated for 60 gallons lol
