Has anyone ever done business with Aqua Importers? if so, what was your impression?

I actually went there in person. IMO tanks are a little overcrowded but Mike is very nice! They have a huge selection of saltwater, freshwater, frogs, and lizards.

Did you address the issue with them? If so, how did they respond?

They are in Boulder, CO, so an in person visit isn't feasible. I interested in their shipping practices and customer service.

Aqua did refund the member for the cost of the fish.

Not my thread, think after OP made that thread word got around and he got an refund. but i normally always ask for pics of the actual fish before buying online. So I don't get a surprise when the fish comes.

I’ve bought from them several times. Never had any probs. Responded to my messages. Got what I expected from them. No surprises.
