LOL, wow I just realized at 1:15 that he turns into a Lycan...unaltered and everything, Never realized how cool it is to move my LED around

Haha I'm loving the name, I just called him big bastard after he killed my female SRD but I really am gonna miss this guy. I had him for about 3 years and this is the first fish I've ever let go so it was a really tough decision but I'm just glad he went to someone that knows even more about fish than me. I couldn't imagine letting my lfs stick him in a 20g like the 14" tsn I saw there last week lol. He was always shy in my 100g after his female died but he likes caves and wasn't skittish at all in the 240 so he'll come around.

He's looking a little stressed from the move and was netted 4 times in the last week for the first time in 2 years which can't help, but he was showing a lot of turquoise on the head and fins before that. I always liked how even the pearls are all the way thru to the end of his tail. And those teeth! Never really bashed the glass unless he had fry so those suckers are long and sharp. He never bit me either and seemed perfectly fine with the pacu the first time I tried putting them together... until he got comfortable a week later and turned on her so I would just keep a close eye on that kamfa. He was raised with other fish on and off and never actually killed anything besides the srd (which seemed like calculated payback for the male srd getting his female because that divider had huge suction cups lol), so I wouldn't be surprised if u can make tankmates work but unfortunately it will take more patience and space than I could offer him. He's a smart fish tho and will turn out great with time so I hope u guys enjoy him!

For sure, I've been keeping my eyes on it to see Lupus eat it. I guess when you've raised 300+ kamfa frys at once, there's not much attachment, also being that he's the ugly runt, lol. Keepers like you are who I like to give special fishes to, someone who only raises a few in big tanks and watch them grow and develop. Thanks again, Mike
