Aqua Medic Helix Max 36 w???Good or BAD

anyone using aqua medic helix max 36w???? any review?
or is coralife turbo twist better...

its for my 300gal .... ( rite now i have a 25w tetra pond n a 18w odyssea that arent doing their job -.- )

any suggestion/ review r appreciated : )

bump._. still havent upgrade .....

still lookin for advice....

i heard the aquamedic one only goes up to 800gph flowrate.... while turbotwist goes to 2200gph.....

then i saw tetra pond 36 w goes up to a whopping 5500 gph ????? but thats not twisted so i guess that wont be as effective ._.

any comments?
