After waiting forever for the page to load it probably works, but why not just do water changes and watch how much you feed? or does that seem too simple?

LOL!!!!

hmmm i might be wrong but ive heard that those can cause a pH crash on a freshwater tank. no?

but i think one of those would be a waste of money on a monster fish tank

those units have a very slow flow rate in order to properly break down the nitrate in the nessecary anerobic environment, most monster fish would produce more nitrate than the unit can break them down into gas, but i could be wrong.

i think they work great. but water changes work just as good if not better.

I have seen this type of topic numerous times, the best way to reduce nitrates is water changes.

i am quite familar with water changes guys just wanted to know if antone has used this product i'm looking for good quality equipment for a small fishstore i'm thinking of starting
