Aqua Medic VS. Won Bros. Titanium heater

I am looking to get a 500watt titanium heater with temp. controller but not sure which one to get since I have heard bad things about both of them. I currently have a 400watt Hydro Theo in my sump and it is set to the max but I can't get the temp. above 83F in my tank. I am looking at the titanium heaters so I could set it at around 93F so I could get the temp. in my tank to somewhere around 87F to 89F.

I use the aqua medic 1000w on my 550, and haven't had a problem yet.

Ive had losses due to Won Bros. I bought 3 of them and they all failed within 3-4 months. Rubbish.

I want it around 93 in the sump. so the tank could be around 90.
