AQUA ONE CF1000

I attached some tubes to my old aqua1 cf1000 last night, so ive got it running at the min getting it cycled for when i move but for some reason its making a loud weird noise!!

It is working but this sounds like the erm propeller mechanism is catching something inside, What could it be?

my ehiem was making noise till i done water change lastnight noise gone, same type of noise as if something was catching
