Alright, so i cleaned out my new Aqua one nautilus 800 canister filter for the first time today, (I've lost the instruction manual, stupid of me) and the Aqua one site doesn't have this filter on it (WTF?) and i go to prime it which i think you have to press this black button on top of the canister and it just goes down and stays down, nothing happens, the filter doesn't pump out the water I even tried sucking on one of the tubes, all i got was a mouthful of tank water (not nice) and a bad mood. So how do i prime this thing, the black button is still stuck down and it wont work! Annoying. PLEASE can someone help me with this. Thanks in advance.

I don't know for sure but on all of my canister filters it has always been the button on top so sounds like it's stuck/broken to me

Wiggling it or trying to get something to gently pry it up with if any is exposed, if not then your gonna have to dismantle it :/
