Aqua Top UV Sterilizer?

Has anyone ever used Aqua Top's submersible pump UV sterilizer?Right now I am looking at them and for 20 bucks more I can get the unit that seems to be more efficient then the Green Killing Machine.I like the Green Killing Machine, but the bulb is 40 dollars to replace and I figure for 20 dollars more I can get 9 watt or for 30 dollars more get the 13 watt.I am sure people will recommend the Coralife Turbo-Twist, but I don't really want to deal with running the sterilizer off the magnum 350 canister, unless there is another way of running the Coralife with out messing with the canister.

I have two 9w they work great ,cleaned up my water in a 150 and easy to use

Great, because I just don't want to spend 40 dollars each time the green killing machine goes out if I can get the bulbs for 20 or below from TruAqua.Would the 10 watt submersible that runs a power head be more efficient with 2 of them or should I go with 2 9 watt submersible pump UV?
