Aqua Ultraviolet UV Sterilizer

wondering if anyone is using Aqua Ultraviolet UV Sterilizer? there is 2 versions, one with wiper and one without. was wondering how effective is the wiper on the uv that helps clean the bulb??? any suggestions or comments appreciated in advance. gonna order one this week.

i also found another brand which is half the price. is there a difference between the 2. below are the links and info.

They are pretty much similar while one is only half the price. which would you recommend (would it be justified to pay double)? mainly looking for a 40W with 2" inlet and outlet.
