aquabid possible scam?

Alright so I've been talking to a guy from aquabid about a bd stingray. At first he wanted xpress pak payment only but I told him I would only do something verified like PayPal or escrow.

In his first email reply he quickly replied with a very long detailed email about how he only takes xprespak, where to get it and picture examples.

This feels like a scam but I am asking for additional pics with username and date on a piece of paper. Then if using PayPal do I have any worries about getting my money back if it goes south?

I told him I refused to use anything but PayPal but I'm not a PayPal expert so I don't know his hard it would be to get my money back if he does not ship.

tell him paypal or forget it. I was scammed last Christmas on a Omega watch, the dude wouldn't take paypal and I should have seen it was a scam. I ended paying $500 dollars for a cheap timex with an Omega face. I only use paypal for any purchase for anything

$800 is a bit low for a ray like that. Seems fishy to me. Isn't there a ray keeper on here from Salt Lake City?

That's kinda my thought, codiscus has some good looking rays to and I've been talking with him and he definitely seems like a great reputable breeder.
