Has anybody been using Aquaclay?

Just got a kilo to try - to be used as filter media...

Im using like 40 litres of expanded clay in my sump im pretty sure its the exact same stuff as aquaclay.
I have no idea if its any good though the filter has been running only 3 weeks or so.

Placed the 1 kg in the OHF of my 50 gal... will see how it goes...
