I am pretty sure you can buy them there, just encase they do not you can use womens fish net stockings and zip ties 
see with using womens leggings i wouldnt know how much crap i can stuff with with out it being to big.
I found these but you have to order them over the internet if anyone was wondering the same thing. i just dont want to go throught the hassle. so tommarow im going to check petsmart if they have them, ill be sure to let you guys know.
