Aquaclear 70 powerhead is a killer!!

Today I woke up and found one of my L134 stuck head first in the intake pipe!!! I quickly unplugged the powerhead and pulled him out, luckly he was still alive but I'm not sure how long he was stuck there. His head is reddish probably from the blood that was sucked into his head by the powerhead, but hopefully he'll make it. Has this ever happened to anybody?

yes my red o got stuck on mine once. dam ner killed him.

I had a weather loach get stuck in Juwel powerhead and adaptor, my own fault though, he made it and still is alive and kicking. Is it the products fault or an overlook on your part?

I lost a few clown loach to Ac110 intake.. i didnt see it coming at all.. I have it down to the bottom to pickup the poop in my tank...

It happens.. unlucky what not.. I've seen people use a small piece of sponge in their intakes to prevent deaths...

Ac110 filter? Doesn't that have a strainer? It comes with two pipes and I attached both o them together to make It longer lol. But this is a powerhead and the pleco isn't dead yet don't jynx it! Lol and I'm not sure if it's my fault but the powerhead comes with a stem adapter search it up of you like and it was stuck in that.
