Aquaclear Biomax.. Do you like it?

My new Aquaclear 110's came with biomax, but i have never used it before. Do you like it? Or would i be better off with just two sponges like i have been doing?

Use 2 sponges and the biomax, or one Sponge and 2 Biomaxes....

I like the biomax. I keep a filter with biomax in it running at all times so I can switch it to a new tank if I want to, in almost any filter.

Unfortunately you can't fit 2 sponges and Bio-max in an Ac110.

I have mine packed with Fluval biomax, Seachem matrix, 1 sponge and a couple layers of polyester batting.
