aquaculture aquarium kit from wal-mart

i have an aquaculture 55 aquarium and want to know has anyone ever drilled the side of the tank? i know it says the bottom glass is tempered but it dont say anything about the sides. any help on this would be great.

I doubt they would list the bottom as tempered and also have tempered sides. They would just say...tempered glass. If your not sure you can always contact the company directly but I don't know of any 55 gallon tanks that use tempered glass sides. It really isn't necessary at that size.

I have a 3 sided 55 so they all aren't marked. I agree call the company directly.
