Howdy,
I moved your thread to the set-up forum, you may get some more input here. I have to admit, though, that this is an unusual question. Maybe surf our cold-water Forum as well and PM people with extreme cold-water fish (not gold fish, but maybe trout). My first take would be to go to a grocery store and ask them where they get their lobster tanks from. Many (Chinese) restaurants have chilled tanks as well for their live crabs. Last but not least, try a scientific company that provides chillers for research labs. Try Google.
