Looking to purchase a new tank, cabinet and hood, noticed two makes offering these, Rena and Aquaone, Rena I know of but not the other one, which are better in terms of build qulity and quality of components, the Rena come across as better. Also how heavy is a 5 foot by 2 high by 18 deep with water etf, it will be fine on ground floor of house presume but what about first floor?

yeh it will be fine on ground floor. they're both good brands but i dont like the whole built in lights and filter. if i were you i would purchase it from a local wholesaler aquarium maker. half price better quality. but u do live in the uk so i dont if that even exists. otherwise both good international brands so its up to you.
Had a look agian yesterday really like the 200 by 50 cm Rena Aqualife anyone know of any good pics of Central American setups, gonna go back to keeping central american cichlids and some plecs but want some ideas on making tank look nice, im good at it being practical but often doesn't look that nice and at 6ft 8 inches i want the tank to look good!
