Has anyone ever ordered anything from these guys? I've seen them on the Internet for years but have never bought anything. They have a couple things I can't find elsewhere but I kind of want to hear a review first, anyone?

I ordered from them before. It was a smooth transaction. Fish came in on time. One fish I ordered wasn't available in stock but was online. I got a phone call from one of the sales guy and really helped out. Really good customer service. Got my emails as expected with tracking numbers. I ordered 7 fish from the company.
I've also ordered from them, transaction was smooth and fish came on time. They gave me two of the fish I asked for, which is nice if you're looking for a specific gender, I wasn't and rehoming a fish I wasn't planning on having was kind of a chore.
I ordered from them before but I'll never order from them again. The problem I had with them is fish out of stock but still list online and they didn't contact me at all so I have to call them a week later and they just said fish out of stock, took them over 2 weeks to refund my money. I decided to buy something else from them and their listing all state "Premium Quality" but the one I have after 1.5 year...I found out is just a garbage quality species that I can buy at any cheap LFS.
I haven't ordered from them but everything I look at on their website is always out of stock.

Kinda useless.
Yeah, I know, their website doesn't make me feel very optimistic. There the only ones who say they have mogurnda Gudgeons though, And I want to get more so, I'm still debating. I might risk it, if nothing else I'll just have like 50 buck sitting in limbo for a couple weeks, I wasn't going to make a large or expensive order
Hey, I mean if they have a fish you want, I'd say make the order. I was just saying that their selection is always out of stock.
