aquarium for my bed's headboard

i just bought a used aquarium and i'm going to use it as a headboard in my room.....my questions are how can i keep it quiet? it's an overflow system with the overflow in the corner so can i fill that with bio balls and then should i use a canister or what kind of filter would you suggest...it's a 130g tank, here's the dimensions 60x28x18 please let me know what you think..thanks

i sometimes wrap my equipment with rags to keep them quiet, also keepingthe water level high all the time reduces the splashing noises(duh), any ways thats all it got...

yea expet i like the splashing nose remindes me of the fl's great out doors i still can't belive we had too move and its been a whole year and i still h8 goergia other then i owuld have never goton my iT cl lima and my p bass lol thats the only good thing so far.

1) NEVER wrap anything electrical in rags or anything not made for it. One of my clients nearly burned their whole house down 'cause they thought they could "just stuff a few pillows" around the pump (when they actually just needed to add more water ).

2) How about a pic of the overflow and whatever.

3) You'll get used to the noise .

Man I'd hate to wake up to a tank exploding right by my face as I laid sleeping lol. I'm curious to see how you are using it as your beds headboard? Pics please sounds like a cool idea
